The Warrior dedicated to Ramsey
The Brookwood School Class of 2025 dedicated their senior yearbook, “The Warrior,” to Mrs. Leigh Anne Ramsey. Ramsey has worked at Brookwood for 13 years and serves as the Registrar and Upper School Math teacher.
Yearbook Editor Sophia Lee '25 shared that Ramsey embodies the very essence of an educator—passionate, caring, and dedicated to shaping young minds for the future.
“Beyond her role as a teacher, Mrs. Ramsey is a pillar of support and guidance for us all. Her caring and humble spirit is something both co-workers and students love and appreciate,” says Lee. “Thank you for being a quiet force that has shaped so many of us, not just as students but as people. We are lucky to have had you as a teacher, a mentor, and a friend. We will carry your kindness and example of strength with us, no matter where life takes us.”
The yearbook dedication has been a tradition at Brookwood School since 1971. It is an honor decided by the senior class and is a selection that represents the entire school.
