March 1 is the priority deadline. Notification letters will be sent in April. Complete applications received after April 1 will be reviewed on a rolling basis as space remains available.
A complete application packet contains the application form, transcripts from all previous academic institutions, three letters of recommendation, a completed applicant questionnaire, and a Georgia Health form 3231 for proof of immunization.
Additional costs include a laptop fees for grades 2-12, lunch, and books in the Middle and Upper School. Athletic fees may be applicable for certain sports.
In order to enter Junior Kindergarten, your child must be 4 years old by September 1 of the school year for which he or she is applying and is expected to be fully toilet trained by the first day of school.
At Brookwood, we may not always have space for our qualified applicants. Therefore, we may have to place some students in the wait pool. If your son or daughter is in the wait pool, it is important to keep the lines of communication open. You will be notified as spaces become available. If, at any point, you decide to enroll your child in another school, please contact us so that we can remove his or her name from the wait pool.
Currently, we offer transportation from morning and afternoon bus routes from Grady and Colquitt Counties. Bus routes are available for an additional fee.
