Brookwood students have opportunities to thrive academically and socially at all levels. Students develop leadership skills and gain confidence through collaboration and problem solving in a variety of extracurricular activities.
Brookwood boasts a strong tradition of nurturing the skill of young artists by offering a comprehensive mix of classes in the fine arts including visual arts, chorus, drama and music. The annual all-school musical is open to Brookwood students of all ages.
The Lower School provides opportunities for students to participate in activities that are appropriate for their skill levels and interests and to assist them in developing and maintaining healthy lifestyles. Offerings include, but are not limited to: After School Hoops, Art Club, BrookWorms, Chorus, Girls Growing Strong, and Mileage Club.
Student life in the Middle and Upper School promotes the exploration of various interests through programs designed with each student in mind. Opportunities to help achieve potential while building confidence, camaraderie, and spirit are abundant. A non-exhaustive list includes Art Club, Brain Bowl, Chess, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Girl Talk, Go Green Club, Literary, Math Counts, One Act, Service Leadership, and Student Government Association.
