As the end of the school year nears, Brookwood School celebrated Upper School students who have achieved the highest levels of academic success in the annual honors and awards day ceremony on April 18th.
Hutton Daniel is the valedictorian for the class of 2024, having earned the highest cumulative grade point average of her classmates in their four years of high school at Brookwood. Daniel will give the final speech in Brookwood’s graduation ceremony.
The salutatorian for the class of 2024 is Bosie Miles. Miles achieved the second-highest cumulative GPA among her classmates and will open the graduation ceremony by addressing her classmates, in keeping with Brookwood tradition.
“I am very proud of Hutton and Bosie becoming the Valedictorian and Salutatorian. They are both talented young women of high character who not only excel academically but also are contributors to their community. Part of their role at Graduation is to tell the story of their class, and I am confident that they will do a beautiful job of describing and celebrating the achievements and characteristics of the Class of 2023,” stated Headmaster Dr. Randy Watts.
In addition to the valedictorians and salutatorians of this year’s class, Brookwood honored a number of other students who also had outstanding academic performance during their high school years.
