Lower School Celebrates Milestones, Authors, and Environmental Education
It was an exciting week in Brookwood School’s Lower School as students celebrated the 100th day of school, met a renowned author, and explored environmental conservation.
Gregory Hamil ‘38, Ashlyn Cunningham ‘38, Maryalice Stanaland '38, Luke Muutu ‘38, and Belle Audette '38 dressed as lively centenarians for the 100th day of Junior Kindergarten.
Visiting author and illustrator Bob Shea captivated students with engaging stories and autographed books.
Wyatt Kendrick ‘34 took a hands-on approach to environmental learning with Keep Thomas County Beautiful, using an enviroscape model to explore how stormwater carries pollution and ways to keep water clean.
