Brookwood School invites the community to journey over the rainbow and into the enchanting world of The Wizard of Oz. This beloved musical, filled with timeless songs, dazzling choreography, a heartwarming storytelling, will captivate audiences of all ages.
Under the artistic direction of Tara Lynn Steele and produced by Hannah Talbot, Brookwood’s production will bring fantasy to life on stage.
Steele, a professional performer and dance instructor from New York, returns to Brookwood to lend her expertise and creative vision to this iconic show.
Audiences will be transported to the Emerald City alongside Dorothy, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, and the
Cowardly Lion as they follow the Yellow Brick Road in search of courage, heart, wisdom, and home.
With colorful sets, engaging performances, and a cast spanning all grade levels, The Wizard of Oz is a testament to the collaborative spirit and talent within Brookwood’s student body.
Performances will take place at the Thomasville Municipal Auditorium on Friday, February 7 at 7:00 p.m.,
Saturday, February 8 at 7:00 p.m., and Sunday, February 9 at 2:00 p.m.
