The Bainbridge Bearcats will head out on the road to face off against the Brookwood Warriors at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Bainbridge entered their tilt with Valwood with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. Bainbridge never let Valwood onto the board and left with a 5-0 victory on Friday. Considering Bainbridge has won three matches by more than four goals this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Meanwhile, it was close, but on Friday Brookwood sidestepped Frederica Academy for a 1-0 victory. Even though Brookwood was hit with a red card (from Seth Boggs), the team's aggressive strategy still got them the 'W'.
Bainbridge's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Brookwood, their victory bumped their record up to 1-2.
Everything went Bainbridge's way against Brookwood in their previous matchup last Thursday as Bainbridge made off with a 8-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bainbridge since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
