Warriors Finish Strong at Lee County Invitational
This past Saturday, the Warrior Cross County team had strong finishes at the Lee County Invitational.
The Brookwood boys varsity team placed 5th out of 19 teams with Wesley Warren ‘27 finishing 4th out of 325 runners. He was followed by Kent Grayson ‘25 who placed 18th overall. Owen Bodell ‘25 set a new PR, Matthew Lauderdale ‘25 and Will Kadel ‘25 both notched a new season best times. John Roesel ‘25 finished with a sub-25 minute time, and Beau Posey ‘28 also set a new PR.
The girls varsity team was led by Kate von Hellens ‘25, who placed 121st out of 229 runners.
